Now that undercover lovers Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have finally taken their romance public, it’s full steam ahead for the stars, with not just a wedding in the works, but a baby too!
Amid widespread rumours the pair are planning to tie the knot in Paris, a longtime friend of the actress tells
Woman’s Day, “She’s ready to have another child – that’s the reason they’ve finally decided to get married. They flew to France a few weeks ago to check out venues.
“They’re moving quickly because Katie turns 40 this month and she knows it’s now or never if she is going to give her girl Suri a brother or sister.”
The couple have been
together five years and are now living in an $82 million New York penthouse. Recently,
Robin Hood actor Jamie, 50, flew to Ohio to ask Katie’s dad for permission to marry his daughter.
“He said yes, of course,” the pal tells us. “Katie’s family thinks the world of Jamie. They can see how he has been a rock in her life these past
few years since she divorced Tom Cruise. Suri adores him too and can’t wait to call him Dad!”
Jamie – a father to daughters Corinne, 24, and Annalise, nine – will reportedly formally adopt Suri, 12, once he and Katie have exchanged vows. A source says, They know it won’t go down well with Tom, but it’s what Suri wants. She barely knows who Tom is!”
