Kim’s left holding the baby again
The word is out – Kim and Kanye are expecting their fourth baby! But it’s far from party time in the Kardashian-West camp. In the wake of Kim revealing in a TV interview last week that a surrogate is on track to give birth to their new baby boy “sometime soon”, tensions have been rising between the reality star, 38, and her rapper husband, 41.
A well-placed source tells Woman’sDay the couple have been at loggerheads because Kanye suddenly dropped the bombshell that he’s set to leave town to record a new album, just a few weeks after their son’s due date.
“Kim hit the roof!” spills the insider. “Kanye did exactly the same thing after Chicago was born and she can’t believe he’s going to do it again. It’s completely stressed her out.”
Kim set the internet on fire when she revealed a new sibling was on the way for North, five, Saint, three, and one-year-old Chicago.
After giving birth to Saint in 2015, the selfie queen was told she had a condition called placenta accreta, when means she could bleed to death if she got pregnant again.
Instead, Kim chose a surrogate to carry Chicago and was hoping to work with the same woman for her next child, but our source says she had to look elsewhere when she discovered the woman was already pregnant with her own child.
Kim met with her new surrogate midway through last year and the pregnancy is said to be going well.

has worked out,” tells the source. “Two boys and two girls feels perfect.”
Less than perfect for Kim, however, are Kanye’s badlytimed career plans.
“Kim’s in a state of deep panic,” reveals our insider. “Having to cope with Chicago while Kanye went off to work on his album took a huge toll on her last time and she can’t face doing it all alone again – this time with three other young ones to look after.
“Kanye promised never to leave again, so this news has thrown her completely. She’s blasted him for being unsupportive and selfish, and told him he’s just using it as an excuse to get out of the hard work of having a newborn at home.
“At this point, he’s refusing to budge and Kim feels her next step is to give him an ultimatum – either stay or she will have their remaining embryos destroyed.”
