Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s electric performance of their Oscar-winning song “Shallow” was one of the highlights of the Academy Awards, but there was one person who wasn’t so spellbound by their obvious chemistry – his girlfriend Irina Shayk!
“Irina was furious with Bradley and made her feelings abundantly clear as soon as he sat back down afterwards,” reports a witness. “There was obvious tension between them and as theyy were walkingg out, , they had a huge fight. Brad’s mother tried to mediate, but Irina stormed off in tears.”

AmericanSniper actor, 44, attended that night’s Vanity
Fair after-party – unusual for such a high-profile nominee – although newly single Gaga, 32, was one of the belles of the ball, sparkling in a 129carat diamond necklace last worn by Audrey Hepburn.
After rumours of an affair between the AStarIsBorn co-stars hit fever pitch on the eve of the Oscars – when the “Judas” singer dumped fiancé Christian Carino, 50 – Irina made a point of sitting in between Gaga and Bradley at the ceremony.
But though the model – who has unfollowed the pop star on social media – awkwardly hugged Gaga after her win, our witness reports, “They barely said one word to each other at the awards.”
A source close to the singer tells Woman’sDay, “Gaga has done little to dispel the rumours and Irina knows how badly she wants her man. She’s already had numerous cross words with Gaga about her inappropriate behaviour, but Gaga is head over heels in love with Bradley and now she doesn’t have Christian by her side, she’s finding it even harder to conceal. Born with Gaga, Bradley – whoho shares one-year-old daughterer Lea with Irina – has confessed,ed, “As great as this movie was, the thing that I’ll take away forever is the relationship I have with her.” He also admits,its, “I love her deeply.”
Last week, Bradley was saidaid to be formulating “a respectfulul exit strategy” from his currentnt relationship, and it certainlyy appeared this way when he and Gaga attended a preOscars party without Irina.
The co-stars “looked very cosy” as they huddled in a corner at a Hollywood hotel, reports a fellow guest, addingg that they later spent “ages” inside a private bungalow.
During her acceptance speech for Best Song, Gaga declared, “Bradley, there is not a single person on the planet that could have sang this song with me but you.” She also seemed to hint at the effort she’d put into their relationship, saying, “I have worked hard for a long time and it’s not about winning – it’s about not giving up. If you have a dream, fight for it.”
Another insider adds, “The timing isn’t right, no matter how strong Bradley’s feelings are for her, but this won’t hurt their relationship. If anything, it will make it stronger because now everything is out in the open. Gaga has told a few people that Bradley is her soulmate. It’s what she truly believes. If he wants to truly be happy, she’s there waiting for him.”
