Netflix is dropping yet another original movie packed with some of our favourite stars! The Laundromat is based on a true story and follows a retired woman who begins investigat­ing a fake insurance policy. Before watching the film, check out these crazy connection­s between the star-studded cast!

DAVID SCHWIMMER & SHARON STONE

He found fame on Friends, but during the reign of the hit sitcom David got to star in a few movies, including Picking Up the Pieces with Sharon! In the fantasy thriller, Sharon’s character is murdered by her husband, while David plays devout Father Leo Jerome.

SHARON STONE & MERYL STREEP

The powerhouse pair are also working together on another film, a currently untitled movie by Martin Scorsese. It’s been in developmen­t for a while, but is said to be still in the post-production stages while Martin works on his other projects.

GARY OLDMANAN & JEFFREY WRIGHT

Over 20 years ago, Jeffrey and Gary first crossed paths when they starred together in Basquiat, a drama movie about the rise of a young graffiti artist on the New York art scene.

MERYL STREEP & ANTONIO BANDERAS

This isn’t the first time Antonio and Meryl have made movie magic together. In 1993 they both starred in The House of the Spirits, with Meryl playing the mother of the young woman Antonio’s character is in love with.

ANTONIO BANDERAS & GARY OLDMAN

These two both appeared on the short comedy piece for Jimmy Kimmel’s postOscars show in 2012 called Movie: The Movie. The eight-minute fake includes a slew of stars and became a viral hit.
