Wowing the crowds in a stunning purple Givenchy top, Angelina Jolie almost glowed with happiness in Rome last week as she teamed up with Michelle Pfeiffer to promote their new movie Maleficent:MistressofEvil.
With a mischievous gleam in her eye, she laughed and giggled as the cameras flashed and fans craned for a glimpse of the actress who’s never been far from the headlines since her marriage to Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt imploded in 2016.
After three years of what she describes as feeling “small” and “insignificant”, these days the 44year-old can’t seem to wipe the mega-watt smile off her face and, spills a Hollywood insider, it’s all because she’s finally ready to love again – so much so that she’s getting help from a dating coach!
“Now that her divorce from Brad is being finalised, Ange is focused on moving on,” the insider tells Woman’sDay exclusively. “A friend put her in touch with a coach called David Wygant who’s been helping her avoid making the same mistakes that contributed to her past failed romances. She really is hoping her next relationship will be her ‘forever’ romance.”
Another well-placed source confirms the Oscar winner – who shares her six kids Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11, with Brad, 55 – has already tested the waters by having a fling with an older real estate agent earlier this year. She also tangled with a hunky bodyguard while shooting Those WhoWishMeDead.

The Salt star is telling friends she’s longing to meet someone she can make new memories with and that her dating coach is bringing a fresh perspective on matters of the heart.
“Ange is in the midst of David’s longest and most in-depth programme,” tells our exclusive source. “It’s a six-month one-on-one mentorship. David has drawn up an intricate dating plan according to what he feels she needs in her next man and he’s also helping her to field potential suitors.”
And it appears David is not the only ally Angelina has when it comes to her love life.
Hollywood icon Michelle Pfeiffer, 61, who plays Queen Ingrith in the evil fairytale, has also been playing matchmaker, insisting that Angelina and Johnny Depp would make a dream couple.
Michelle has been pals with Johnny, 56, since they starred together in the 2012 horror comedy DarkShadows. They also worked together on MurderontheOrientExpress and, says our source, “she insists Johnny has always had a soft spot for Ange. She feels they’d be perfect together – especially given they’ve both been through particularly bitter and painful divorces.” PiratesoftheCaribbean star Johnny has only recently bounced back after his 2016 split from wife Amber Heard, 33, amid accusations of domestic mestic abuse. “Michelle’s been reminding her that Johnny’s spent the last couple of years soul-searching, having therapy and dealing with a lot of his own issues. She thinks that makes him an even more perfect match for Ange – he would be coming to the table with a clean slate!”
