MAN UP & COME SEE ME!

If Meghan thought her move to Canada would solve all her problems, she obviously hadn’t banked on her estranged father Thomas Markle, who has threatened to speak out about her every 30 days until she makes contact. The angry 75-year-old told

Good Morning Britain, “If after this interview, if I don’t hear from somebody in 30 days, I’ll give 30 days and I’m going to try again, because 30 days is enough time to get back to me. I don’t want to sit in silence in my living room for the rest of my life, waiting for someone to call me back.”

The Mexico-based retiree admitted his bombshell media interviews would “cause problems” with his daughter and her husband, but he believes speaking publicly about their rift is now his only hope of a reconciliation.

When asked what he would say to Meghan if she was watching the show, he said, “I’d tell her, ‘I love you, let’s sit down and work this out.’”

While his message for Harry would be, “Man up and fly down and see me and we will talk.”

Thomas hasn’t spoken to his daughter since missing her wedding back in 2018 after suffering heart problems. He’d earlier infuriated her by posing for paparazzi photos. But he told the show he loved his daughter and was desperate to meet his grandson Archie.

However, he blasted the couple’s decision to step aside from the royal family.

“I think they’ve hurt the Queen, I think they’ve hurt the royals and it just doesn’t work,” he said. “I’m a little embarrassed for them and feeling really sorry for the Queen. The break from the royals is going to cause far more problems.”

He also vowed to appear in court as a witness if called on in Meghan’s case against a UK newspaper over its publication of a private letter she sent to him.

“If it comes to meeting them in a courtroom, that’s great – at least I finally get to see them.”
