Plant at 1m intervals: feijoa, Griselinia littoralis

‘Canterbury’, Michelia gracipes or other Michelia cultivars such as ‘Bubbles’ or ‘Star Bright’, Leptosperm­um ‘Copper Sheen’, Photinia ‘Red

Robin’, Viburnum tinus ‘Eve Price’.

LOW PERENNIALS FOR EDGING

Liriope muscari ‘Royal Purple’, mondo grass
