Cat treats

250g boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup spinach leaves

1 cup quick oats

1 egg

¼ cup flour

+ Poach chicken in boiling water until cooked through. Cut into pieces then leave to cool.

+ Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper. Place chicken, spinach, oats and egg in a food processor or blender and pulse until mostly smooth.

+ Transfer to a bowl and add flour. Knead with hands until no longer sticky, then place on a floured bench. Roll dough into a rectangle around 1.5cm thick.

+ Cut into shapes with mini cookie cutters, place on tray and bake for 20 minutes.

+ Remove and leave to cool. Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Use within 1 week.
