Peanut butter cookies

1 cup or ½ jar peanut butter

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup chocolate chips or roughly chopped dark chocolate

+ These cookies are gluten- and dairy-free and delicious! Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray or line with baking paper.

+ Place ingredient­s in a bowl and stir until well combined. Roll out dough and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter or glass.

+ Place on tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool completely then store airtight.
