Omotola Jalade Ekeinde

I n 2013, Omotola made an appearance in VH1’s ‘Hit the Floor’ alongside Akon. She appeared in the fifth episode of the first season in the drama series. She played Akon’s date in a scene where she dances with the American music star in his own guest star appearance.

T he actress made her Hollywood debut in the 2016 movie ‘Boonville Redemption’ as the tender-hearted mother Doris with Richard Tyson, Diane Ladd and Emily Hoffman in starring roles as well. The movie is set in the slave trade period and Doris’ parents originating from Nigeria.
