Ekweremadu advocates review of minimum wage to N50,000

- Atahiru Muhammad Nma Hameed T Idris Abraham Changsar Gabriel Nkasi Jerry Maurice Echono Samson Abdullahi A. Awak

When oil and other things in Nigeria were at boom during the PDP yours, you did not advocate for increase of minimum wage. Now when things are bad you want to bring confusion.

My brother, it’s like you are not a civil servant so don’t disgrace yourself. OBJ and GEJ increased civil servants’ wages and thus, the current wages were not reviewed by the military govt.

If you were a civil Servant you will not make this statement. What can the current N18000 do with rising inflation. Be objective please,

This feedback can’t come from no one else other than people like you

That’s not a good move. It’s another medium for the rich to get richer and the poor to getpoorer. If minimum wage is 50,00 what will the maximum wage be? Please our economy should be stabilised not increasing wages. Increasing wages falls to the advantage of the elites.

This is good appeal stated at the wrong time. The best time would have been when oil was sold at $120 per barrel. Sir, even that time, you were the DSP. This causes one to ask if you have made this appeal in the interest of the masses, or just to get some edges for campaign in 2019?

No we dont want it, just control the market price or a mudu of Garri will be sell at N1000.

You didn’t care to bring up this enticing nonsense during your era of pervasive corruption and daylight robbery until now when sanity and decorum are being instilled into our governance. The new Nigeria PMB has now created will no longer allow your like to participate in managing our national resources.
