ONLINE Biafra: the story of another call for Nigeria’s break-up

- Yusuf Mohammed Tony Nwachukwu Nwosu Ifeanyi Ernest Samuel Nonso Chuka Chukwudi Titus Abubakar Adamu

Idon’t understand what is happening. Didn’t Ojukwu vie for the Presidency? Alex Ekwueme and Rochas Okorocha too contested, but they didn’t win. So, why are the Igbo saying they are not allowed to rule Nigeria? The Igbo are always complaining of marginalization, but they are not the only ones; virtually every Nigerian has one complaint or the other. I urge us all to put our differences aside and work together for the growth of the country.

The Igbo should tell their senators and House of Representative members to represent them well. We should learn to hold our leaders accountable. Leaving Nigeria is not the answer to the problem.

My problem is that the Igbo have not really told us what they want. They talk about marginalization, but no part of the country is faring better than the other. Do we all leave the country then? Another issue is that we do not know the exact number of states involved in the agitation, because the Biafra map I saw includes part of the South-South, and North-Central. Are all those states really part of Biafra?

Finally, what is the position of legislators from the South-East region on this matter?

Timothy King Biafra will soon be realized and all thanks to our amiable leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. May God bless him and all Biafrans.

No ethnic group is superior to the other. All sections of the country should be treated equally and most of these agitations will stop.

I believe that Biafra will do well. All we want is for the government of Nigeria to let us go. Biafra will develop as soon as we are given our freedom.

The Igbo should stop working to leave Nigeria; we are better-off together. We shouldn’t allow little issues to separate us.

It is curious that this agitation became serious in the past six months. I hope politicians are not using it for some selfish reasons.
