Ithink the president should make a statement on this issue. So many things are happening under this administration and they are silent on them. I don’t think that is good for our democracy. The happenings under this administration are making me to question their intentions.

I urge the president to do away with the cabal at the presidency because that is the only way he can retain his respect among Nigerians. At the moment it doesn’t look like the man we voted for in 2015 is the one running the country. Things have to change.

I pray God protects Ibe Kachikwu to the end of his tenure.

There are always stories of fraud at the NNPC, it is time government tackles that matter once and for all.

I hope this matter will not be swept under the carpet. It should be thoroughly investigated and anyone found wanting should be made to face the law. The masses cannot be suffering while a few Nigerians continue to get rich through questionable means.

I hope that Buhari will not sack Kachikwu over this issue, because that will send a wrong signal. All I can say is that this matter must be investigated if this government wants us to take it seriously.

I don’t like the presidency’s attitude on this matter. This is definitely not the way to fight corruption.

It is obvious that something is going on between the two men and it is not being handled well. The president has acted wisely in seeking to unravel the problem. The two men are fine officers and key to the success of this administration, hence, a quick resolution to this matter is necessary. We should not jump to conclusions. All we need to do is to be patient and allow the authorities to do their job.

The masses need to start asking questions so that our leaders do not take us for granted. So many things are happening at the NNPC and we need to unravel them.

The amount mentioned is huge and there is a need for Nigerians to understand how it came about.

I have a feeling that more things will be discovered during investigation. The NNPC and its activities should be probed.

I am of the view that the entire cabinet should be reshuffled.
