UPROAR AS DEAD MEN MAKE FG’S BOARDS LIST

- Melvin B. Emeka Hassan Ali Gambo Ahmed Mu’auya Ahmed Ekpaha Mike Nura Ubale Usman Emmy Okafor Abubakar Ladan Abdulmalik Abdulkarim Mohammed Jiya Usman Wabi Shehu, is the Senior Special Assistant to the President, (Media and Publicity) Abuja.

Good question ever asked. Living a discreet opulent life after theft of police funds. We must find him. The best IGP the police ever had. The most competent IGP.

His sins have been forgiven and he remains the best for the Police Service Commission. The IGP Nigeria will never ever get again.

One day he’ll make the list. After all dead people are making lists up and down? He is still fighting crime and criminality somewhere. He fell beyond resuscitation because of greed.

Almighty Allah knows his whereabouts and I pray Allah to see him through. are entitled to their own opinions, nobody is entitled to deliberately distort facts or resort to outright fabrications in order to mislead the public. Facts and records are verifiable and, therefore, nobody should invent his own facts to achieve a sinister purpose.

Free speech should be exercised with a great sense of responsibility. Deliberate disinformation is a disservice to the public and that spreading falsehoods is an abuse of privilege the Daily Trust extended to Enahoro.

With the kind of public reactions we have seen trailing this column, it is evident that some of the President’s critics are going overboard, such that audiences are beginning to find out their purpose.

Lastly, I will broach the issue of nation-building. Enahoro asserted that President Buhari is wrong to say, as he did that great nations are built by enterprising people. The writer’s view is that it is great leaders that build great nations.

My question to him is, if greatness of leaders automatically translates to the greatness of nations, what happened with Libya and Egypt, two countries straddled by Muammar Ghaddafi and Gamal Abdul-Nasser, great leaders by common standards?

After the World War II, France, Italy and Japan made immeasurable progress without any leader of consequence: all three countries changing governments almost on a monthly basis.

In the case of France, de Gaulle came in 1958 to stabilize the country. Italy and Japan continue to this day without great leaders but due to the entrepreneurship of their people, they are great economies and great nations.

Enahoro should check his facts before venturing an opinion that makes him look ridiculous.
