Online platform to bridge tourism gaps

Amco Travel and Tours Limited has launched an online platform, flyamco, aimed to bridge travel and hotel gaps in Nigeria’s tourism industry whilst improving customer experience and addressing challenges.

Speaking at the launch in Abuja, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Ahmed Sani said the platform offers Nigerians a technology-based solutions to the challenges in the aviation and hotel industry, allowing them make flight and hotel reservatio­ns at discounted prices and while still enjoying quality services.

Lamenting the poor services currently on offer in the country, he said flyamco.com would provide customers with oriented and top quality travel and tour services in compliance with the highest internatio­nal standards.

He said, the platform as carefully designed to provide travel related informatio­n and cost effective customer care and is amongst the highest of our priorities and we are on our toes to accomplish this task at any hour.

With packaged tourism services, visa and insurance procuremen­t on offer, Sani said, “We have prioritize­d comfort and quality services and have built trust in the market. We have been operating charter flights for holy pilgrims, especially Umrah and Hajj. We explore new frontiers daily and our next option for Nigeria is to leverage technology to address challenges in the sector and offer a seamless experience that will boost our aviation and tourism sector.”
