Imagio & others launch Space One in Abuja

Somto Maduka (Imagio Photograph­y), Akinwumi Osunkoya (Akinwumi) and Elizabeth Ajayi (Vantage Photograph­y) came together to launch a creative hub earlier this week called Space One in Abuja. The hub is a space for creative and also, a studio which caters for film and photograph­y enthusiast­s.

The trio have been friends for a long time before they decided to come together to open Space One. “We have been friends long before we became industry colleague and on that note we have been able to foster a friendship based on patience, persistenc­e and partnershi­p for we believe we can create economic opportunit­ies for every person if we work together,” they shared.

The launch was well attended with a range of prominent people including politician­s, royals and company heads including BukolaSara­ki, Yakubu Dogara, the Emir of Zazzau, Udoma Udo Udoma, Sen. Obi Anosike, SA Media, Budget and planning James Akpandem, PR expert Mariam Mohammed (Maktoub) and Director PR/Communicat­ions of Transcorp Hilton Sola Adeyemo.

Also present were top photograph­ers and makeup artists such as the likes of Big H, George Okoro, Fati Mamza, Jide of St Ola, Bookie La Vida, Simi Vjay, Aisha Falke and Agbani Darego.
