players known for its greenhouse technology, said the company has an array of new technologies that will meet the needs of commercial and small-holder farmers in the country.

Humphrey Otalor, Marketing Manager of the company who led the team to the just concluded expo, said the company was expanding its presence with the introduction of new agrochemicals and other technologies that will help farmers solve many problems.

“Today, we have decided to come with some solutions regardless of the size of the farmer whether he is a commercial farmer, who deals in twenty or hundreds of hectares of land. We have agrochemicals solutions to carter to that individual farmer.

“If you are a small scale farmer dealing in acres we have solutions for you in terms of irrigation, sprays and quality inputs. So regardless of the divide where the individual farmer falls, we have solutions that will help them in their daily agricultural production,” he said.

Dizengoff brought to the show greenhouse technology, which they said would help farmers recoup their investments within one year.

Other technologies include different agrochemicals, some of which are being introduced into the market, different vegetable seeds from its sister company in Kenya among others.
