If you are travelling by plane or train, you should ensure you secure a ticket first. And be sure you know how long you would stay so you can prepare adequately.

Make provision and reservatio­n for your accommodat­ion and transporta­tion: You may be travelling to a foreign country; be sure to make your research so you are well prepared. If you need to make reservatio­ns for train and bus tickets, please do that in time. You should also plan ahead of time for your accommodat­ion. Tumeric and ginger are herbs and spices that are useful to the body. They have the ability to improve muscle pain, soreness, reduce risk of heart diseases and other health benefits. Lemon contains vitamin C that can help strengthen the eyes and fight cancer. The combinatio­n of these three can be equaled to finding a goldmine. Here is the recipe for making your turmeric, lemon and ginger tea.

Ingredient­s • 2 cups (500 ml) of warm/hot water • 1 lemon, juiced • 1 (2.5 cm) piece of fresh turmeric (sliced or grated) 1 (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger (sliced or grated) 1-2 tablespoon­s of honey for sweetness (optional)

Recipe Put the water in a kettle and boil till it is warm. Set your ginger and turmeric aside. You may peel the back of the turmeric and ginger if you like; then grate them. Cut your lemon and squeeze out the juice into a cup. After doing this, mix the lemon juice with the grated ginger and turmeric. Leave it to sit for about 10 minutes; then sieve. After sieving, you may add honey to sweeten. You may drink it hot, warm or cold.
