Attack the problem, not the person: If you disagree with someone’s opinion, attack the problem and not the person who made that contributi­on by countering it with facts. Do not attack someone personally because you do not agree with him or her.

Contribute to the meeting: Make sure you contribute to the meeting, no matter how small. It shows that you are involved and are willing to participat­e in the meeting. Ask questions if necessary and proffer solutions if you have any.

Put your phone on silence and out of sight: Do not use your phone during a business meeting, it divides your attention and reduces productivi­ty. Always put your phone away so you don’t give your partners the impression that you have somewhere better to be.

Cinnamon is known to aid and improve digestion, regulate insulin production and break down carbohydra­tes. It can reduce hunger pangs and increase one’s chances of losing weight. Lemon, honey and warm water can reduce body toxins and aid weight loss. Here is how to prepare cinnamon and lemon drink.

Ingredient­s • One ground powder Lemon juice One teaspoon of honey One glass of warm

• • • teaspoon of cinnamon water

Recipe Pour your cinnamon into a pot with water. Leave it to simmer for some minutes, then put the heat out. Put the lemon juice into the pot. You can choose to put honey or sugar to sweeten. Pour into cups to serve. You can serve it hot, warm or cold. Your cinnamon and lemon drink is ready to drink.
