Prevent ageing: Ginger can help prevent premature ageing. It has about 40 antioxidan­ts that help fight ageing. It removes the toxins in the skin and improves blood circulatio­n in the face. The antioxidan­ts present in ginger also help to prevent damage to the skin. These damages are usually caused by free radicals. By doing all these, it helps one maintain a youthful appearance.

Soothes burns: The pain felt from burns can be excruciati­ng, but applying ginger juice can relieve you of the pain. It can restore your skin to its original state. All you need do is apply a fresh slice of ginger to the affected area thrice a day for about 6 to 12 weeks. It is important that you use a fresh slice every time you apply the juice. It would reduce the scar drasticall­y.
