Moroccan mint tea
Want something different and tasty, when it comes to chicken? Coconut curry chicken is your best bet. Coconut curry chicken is a healthy dinner that’s packed with flavour. Just let the chicken simmer in some curry spice and coconut milk, then serve with a plate of rice and enjoy. It’s an easy, one-pan meal you and your guests will love. If you’ve been avoiding this meal because it sounds hard to make, think again. All you need are fresh ingredients and the perfect blend of spices.
Ingredients
Diced onions, bell peppers, garlic, boneless chicken breast, curry and ginger powder, can of coconut milk, salt, pepper, lime juice, freshly chopped parsley.
Recipe.
· Slice chicken breast into mini cubes and set aside also chop up some onions, bell peppers and garlic to set aside.
· Sauté everything with oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
· Add the sliced chicken pieces, along with some curry spice, ginger, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
· Pour in the coconut milk, juice of one lime and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
· Turn off the fire and your coconut chicken curry is ready to be served.

This a sweet blend of flavoured tea (either green tea, raspberry, blueberry) with some fresh mint leaves added it. With the rainy season in full force, this drink is perfect for the season.
Ingredients
Green tea bag, sugar, a bunch of mint leaves.
Recipe
· Put tea in a teapot and pour in a cup of boiling water. Stir gently to warm the pot and then strain and discard water, leaving the teabag in the pot.
· Pour in another two cups of boiling water and let it steep for some minutes.
· Add in some tablespoons of sugar, some mint leaves and let steep for another 3 minutes.
· Serve tea in heatproof glasses with a dash of mint leaves for garnishing.
