I re­main loyal to PDP - Sus­pended Bauchi law­maker

Sus­pended Bauchi fe­male law­maker, Mrs Rifkatu Sam­son Danna, yes­ter­day met with of­fi­cials of the Peo­ples Demo­cratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi and as­sured them she will not leave the party de­spite her tra­vails.

Mrs Danna told the PDP lead­ers that she vis­ited them to reaf­firm her sup­port and loy­alty to the party.

She ap­pealed to the party’s lead­er­ship say­ing as ‘par­ents’ they should con­tinue to be pa­tient and guide their chil­dren to do the right thing.

Mrs Danna said even though she is on the rough road but she took all that had hap­pened to her as an act of God and as­sured that she will not leave PDP no mat­ter what hap­pened. She ap­pealed to the party to give Women their 35 per­cent share in elec­tive po­si­tions in 2015.

Chair­man PDP Bauchi South Se­na­to­rial District, Al­haji Sal­isu Yau Nabordo as­sured her of the sup­port of the party and ex­pressed hap­pi­ness on the visit.
