Follow a diet that’s rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and also incorporates low-fat dairy and lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, beans and eggs.
Limit saturated fats, salt, trans fats, cholesterol and added sugars. Look for nutrient-rich foods. Choose a variety of healthy foods for better nutrition and to prevent dietary boredom.
