Garba qualifies as a registered estate surveyor and valuer

Garba Danjuma Biba, a facility manager with Urban Shelter Limited, has been registered as a qualified Estate Surveyor and Valuer by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

Biba was born on August 22nd, 1977 in Suleja Niger state.He receives his full membership of the professional body on April 9th, 2014 at a ceremony in Lagos together with other qualified members of the association.

He was inducted as an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) on December 5th, 2013 and registered as a Surveyor and Valuer on April 9th, 2014.

He was a 2006 graduate of Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology Minna, he observed his National Youth Service at the College of Education (C.O.E) Minna in 2007.

Garba had his first stint with Capital Values Limited as an Estate marketing officer from 2008 to 2010. He is currently working with Urban Shelter Limited as a facility manager at the company’s Lakeview Homes Estate in Kado Abuja.
