Open a direct line to Nigerians

I want to commend President Goodluck Jonthan on his commitment to rate security budget higher than any other area, however, we all acknowledge little headway. I want suggest to Mr President to open a direct link/ line to his humble office, so that Nigerians can express their views to him, former President Olusegun Obasanjo did during his government. Finally sir, my ideology is this, the success of my leader is my success and the failure of our leader is our failure. In advance countries they don’t joke with the idea and information, they make use of it when necessary. Last year 2013, I wrote three page to Mr president on way forward to tackle unemployment and put stoppage to dumping of raw sugar in the country. I did not receive any acknowledgement letter from president. Thanks. Comrade James Olorunmaiye, Nasarawa state.07010535823 Adamu Adamu’s last Friday Column was wonderful and patriotic; journalists should expose corruption as loud as they can. However Adamu’s solution to corruption in the country is an unacceptable lengthy process. A short cut solution is to elect

a honest leadership, no more no less. 08038457850 I believe the award of the sum of N10 million to each of the eight deceased victims of the extra-judicial killing is unenforceable. This is because Section 22 (1) of the NHRC Act which provides for the registration & enforcement are ultra vires to the National Assembly. By virtue of Item 57 of the exclusive legislative list of the 1999 Constitution, only court judgments may be so enforced. Barrister Abubakar Sani, Abuja 08034533892

Chibok girls

The abduction of 100+ school girls have already taken another direction, the military have said they have rescued them while the principal and parents says they have not. Which party can we trust? Does the military want to show us their veterancy or just a deceit? If it is a deceit what signal it would show to us? Just assume your daughter is among and somebody is fooling you.
