The traditional ruler of Rubochi community in Kuje Area Council of the FCT, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Pada, has directed all district and village heads as well as community leaders in his chiefdom to provide a book register for any visitors coming into their villages.

A situation where such visitor fail to give all these information, he should be returned to where he/she came from,” the monarch said.
