New Constitution... Jonathan’s men lobby senators
What is the need and precise statutory functions of local government when within the framework of comparative Nigeria’s momentum situation these functions are not being implemented? The local government idea is not working in Nigeria and it should be scrapped.

GEJ appears fully occupied with the scheming and planning on how to remain in power. One thing with Nigerians is that they have defied the theories of all theorists, the schemes of all the schemers, the plans of all the planners. In addition, the more you dribble them the more you get dribbled. If you don’t agree with me, ask Maradona himself (a little to the left and a little to the right fame and the annulment giant). After all the scheming, planning and dribbling, Maradona ended up been dribbled and had to step aside. Be warned, a stitch in time saves nine.
