NIPR in­ducts 186 mem­bers

The Nige­rian In­sti­tute of Public Re­la­tions (NIPR) has in­ducted 186 mem­bers into the in­sti­tute.

At a cer­e­mony held on Tues­day in Abuja, the new in­ductees drawn from var­i­ous states across the coun­try were ad­min­is­tered to the in­sti­tute’s mem­ber­ship oath.

The oc­ca­sion also wit­nessed public pre­sen­ta­tion of NIPR cer­tifi­cates and an­nual in­de­pen­dence lec­ture en­ti­tled “Track­able Iden­tity as path­way to na­tional rep­u­ta­tion and de­vel­op­ment.”

Ro­timi Oladele, Pres­i­dent and Chair­man in Coun­cil of NIPR charged the new in­ductees to be good am­bas­sadors of the in­sti­tute and im­bibe best pro­fes­sional prac­tice in their un­der­tak­ings.

NIPR was set up to pro­mote and de­velop the art and science of public re­la­tions prac­tice in Nige­ria and to en­sure the ob­ser­vance of high stan­dards of pro­fes­sional and eth­i­cal prac­tice among mem­bers.
