Haven Homes is Most Af­ford­able Devel­oper this year

Prom­i­nent in­di­vid­u­als and cor­po­rate play­ers took to the hon­ours stage to re­ceive awards in dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories at the Real Es­tate Unite or­ga­nized by 3-In­vest Lim­ited.

It was ex­clu­sively a night for real es­tate, ac­cord­ing to the CEO of 3In­vest Ltd, Ms Ruth Obih.

The awards night was pre­ceded by a con­fer­ence that had sev­eral distin­guished speak­ers who dwelt on real es­tate mat­ters.

Haven Homes, lifestyle liv­ing es­tate firm emerged the Most Af­ford­able Devel­oper of the Year af­ter win­ning same last year.

Haven Homes had nom­i­na­tions in three cat­e­gories out of the 12 be­fore emerg­ing the ul­ti­mate win­ner in the Af­ford­able De­vel­op­ment of the Year Cat­e­gory.

The com­pany achieved the same feat last year at the event which had in at­ten­dance the erst­while La­gos State Gover­nor, Baba­jide Raji Fashola.

Amongst other awards given out this year is The Real Es­tate Per­son of the Year, a wholly in­di­vid­ual recog­ni­tion award which went to Mr. Jim Ovia.

In the last 10 years, Haven Homes has rolled out de­vel­op­ments in­clud­ing its flag­ship pro­ject, the 100-unit Rich­mond Gate Es­tate lo­cated in Ikate-Lekki.

Haven Homes As­sis­tant Gen­eral Man­ager, Ufuoma Ukueku who col­lected the award com­mended the or­ga­niz­ers of the event say­ing, “The sim­ple fact that we re­tained the award that we won last year should con­vince any­one that we’re truly the most af­ford­able as far as lux­ury ac­com­mo­da­tion is con­cerned.”
