Which ministry do you want your ministers to go to?
Ismail (civil servant) If I have my way, I would choose Kayode Fayemi as minister of Education because he is sound and had contributed to the APC’s victory at the last election. In fact, give him any portfolio, he will deliver.
Adamu (cameraman)
I’m more interested in the oil and gas industry so I will go for Dr. Ibe Kachukwu as minister of petroleum. This man has over 30 years’ experience in the Industry. He is a very competent and highly respected person in the oil and gas industry.
Muhammad
Abdul Student)
For me, I want Suleiman Husseini Adamu as minister of Works because he is a civil engineer. I want Lai Mohammed as minister of information because he had competently defended the APC during the days of the PDP.
I would also want Amina Mohammed as minister of foreign affairs because she has gathered enough experience in international relations.
Umar
(Msc. Al- Faruq (civil servant) Amina Mohammed will manage any ministry. She is an all-rounder.
Sefiyya servant)
Please appoint Dr. Enahire as minister of health because he is a surgeon with wide experience. He also deserves that portfolio because of his consistency. He has been with President Buhari since 2003.
Aminu
(civil Uche Amadi (Taxi driver) Audu Ogbe has an impressive knowledge on agriculture and therefore, Buhari would do Nigerians well if he can send him to that ministry.
Hameed (Teacher)
I believe all the nominees can fit in anywhere, irrespective of their CVs. I want us to jettison the idea of juicy or lucrative ministries. What really matters is commitment and goodwill.
Ogrima Abdullahi (Architect) I can’t wait for my man, the lion of the Niger Delta, Soon after the first and second list of ministerial nominees were sent to the Senate by President Muhammadu Buhari, some Nigerians have started looking at the antecedents of some of the nominees and making suggestions as to which portfolio they should be given. General Rotimi Amaechi to be given any portfolio. He is good and capable and will surely deliver.
Yazeed Mohammed (Youth corps member)
I feel the GMD of NNPC should be the man for the petroleum ministry. This is because he has restructured the refineries to work to well within few months. Yakub Aliyu (Journalist) I go for Ibe Kachikwu for the petroleum ministry. Lawal (Artisan) My most preferred nominees are Amina Mohammed and Babatunde Raji Fashola. Amina has an interesting CV suitable for foreign affairs while Fashola has a very versatile knowledge about governance and would do magic with the works ministry. Mr. Ekwem (Lecturer) To me, Fashola should be the FCT minister. He is someone with vast experience and I believe he will assist the president in achieving his goals.
Mallam Musa Abubakar (Artisan)
I think Amaechi will suit the finance ministry so he can help Mr. President to deliver on most of the promises he made to Nigerians.
