Badaru appoints Head of Service, chairmen of boards, parastatals
The Governor of Jigawa State, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has approved the appointment of Muhammad Inuwa Tahir as Head of Service as well as Chairmen of boards and parastatals.
Before his appointment, Tahir was a Permanent Secretary Administration and General Services at the office of the Head of Service.
Tahir is also a member of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies Kuru.
The Governor also approved the appointment of Idi Bukar as Chairman of Manpower Development Institute, Mohammed Musa Gumel as Director General. Members of the council include, Aminu Zakari , Abbas Mohammed, Sabo Adamu, Abdu Social, Umar Faruk, Umma Kiyawa.
While Ali Yahaya Jahun was appointed the Chairman of Pilgrims Welfare Board, Abubakar Jibrin, Dr. Muhammad Haruna, Sabo Sha’aibu, Kabiru Kaugama, Isa Musa Miga and Rabi Abdullahi are members of the Board.
Mu’azu Atafi Hadejia was appoited as Executive Secretary, Jigawa State Independent Electoral Commission (JSIEC) while Usman Sambo and Idi Nanumawa as commissioners of the commission.
Ibrahin Ahmed Mohammed Sani who was also appointed as chairman Jigawa State Board of Internal Revenue, Abdullahi Yunusa was appointed as Director General State Educational Inspectorate & Monitoring Unit (SEIMU), Bala ’Yargaba as Managing Director, Dutse Capital Development Agency (DCDA), Hauwa Birniwa as Special Assistant Women Empowerment, Yelwa Dau Tijjani as Political Affairs (WOMEN) , Interparty Relations Bala Idi Kazaure and Special Duties II Abdulrashid Illa Ringim.
Dahiru Dau is Special Adviser Political and Assembly Matters, Mujitaba Sale Kwalam as Special Adviser Religious Affairs and Sharia Implementation, Ibrahim Isma’il as Special Adviser on Adult and Higher Education while Colonel Mohammed Alasan (retired) as special Adviser Security Matters.
Others are, Usman Na-Allah as Special Adviser Revenue and Investment; Ibrahim Baba Chaichai as Special Adviser Dutse Capital Development Agency, Sabi’u Musa as the Special Adviser Water Resources and Environmental sanitation and Khaloma Dahiru Mustapha as Special Adviser Intergovernmental Affairs.
