Misa builds water­side es­tate

Misa Nige­ria Lim­ited is build­ing an­other phase of res­i­den­tial houses at Os­borne wa­ter front in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The project tagged Baza­kki con­sists of 14 units of four-bed­room semi-de­tached houses, each with one-room ser­vant’s quar­ters to house do­mes­tic staff.

Baza­kki, by its wa­ter front lo­ca­tion is de­signed to meet the de­sire of in­di­vid­u­als who seek nat­u­ral en­vi­ron­ment by the water­side.

Prop­erty con­sul­tant Paul Oje­nag­bon said all the four bed­rooms in each du­plex are en­suite and gen­er­ously spa­cious.

He ex­plained, “The kitchen is large, fit­ted and handy with a pantry. On the up­per floor is the sep­a­rate fam­ily lounge where the mem­bers cansteal their pri­vate mo­ments.

“The master bed­room is classy, spa­cious and en­hanced with a walkin closet. The fam­ily can re­late with na­ture also on a size­able ter­race.

“An ante room and box room are other thought­ful de­tails in each unit. All units come fully fit­ted with all kitchen ap­pli­ances and air-con­di­tion­ers as well as au­dio/video con­nec­tions.

Baza­kki is fully com­pli­mented with an ar­ray of state of the art fa­cil­i­ties and ef­fi­cient ser­vices to cater for the res­i­dents’ com­fort, con­ve­nience and style while al­low­ing them to bask in the warm em­brace of na­ture’s rare gift of clearly laid out and spa­cious green ar­eas.

“Ad­e­quate park­ing space is as­sured for both res­i­dents and vis­i­tors. Space is a ma­jor con­sid­er­a­tion as the liv­ing room mea­sures 57 square me­ters, master bed­room 43 square me­ters, each bed­room 22 square me­ters, fam­ily lounge 34 square me­ters and so on re­spec­tively,” Oje­nag­bon stated.
