Owerri FMC reopens outreach centre
The Federal Medical Centre, Owerri, Imo State has reopened its outreach centre at Izombe in Oguta Local Government Area with assurance to offer adequate medical service to the citizens of the communities.
The medical director and head, Interim management committee, Prof Ndu Eke, said the hospital was reopened because of its importance to the health needs of the people in the rural areas, He said it was earlier shut down because of insecurity.
While appealing to the people to take the place as their own, the MD assuredthem that all necessary facilities would be put in place to meet up with their health challenges.
