Police command gets new spokesman, Tyopev Terna

The Plateau State Police Command has appointed Tyopev Terna, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), as its spokesman.

The new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), has taken over from DSP Emmanuel Abuh, who is on another posting after his promotion to the rank of a Superintendent of Police (SP), according to a police statement.

ASP Terna is a graduate of English from the Benue State University (BSU), Markurdi, and was until his new appointment an administrative officer in Laranto Division, Jos.

ASP Terna told journalists on assumption of office at the state command headquarters in Jos, that he will ensure a cordial working relationship with journalists in the state.
