Army procurement scandal: Ihejirika, Minimah, Aji, others for further probe

The investigation of the army procurement should be a holistic one; it should start from at least 2003, if not 1999. It looks like every revelation takes back to previous year(s); so why not start from there.

What about the interior minister? He was COAS from 2007 to 2009? And, I hear that the present COAS used to be the Director for Procurement sometimes in 2013. The whole sleaze was with regards to procurement. Anyway, how come these two did not get even a passing mention in the whole saga?
