The Permanent Secretary, Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in the state, Alhaji Bello Yero disclosed this during a press briefing in Jalingo yesterday, saying the sacked directors and several other staff of local government council areas were involved in offering fake appointment letters and promoting ghost workers.
