Lady goes berserk inside Osogbo market, causes traffic gridlock

A lady went wild at Akindeko market, near Olaiya junction in Osogbo, capital of Osun state on Saturday evening.

Daily Trust correspond­ent who stumbled on the scene, observed that the lady caused confusion in the market for over an hour disrupting vehicular movement. Passersby, onlookers and operators of commercial motorcycle­s and minibuses watched strange display.

The developmen­t became a security problem in the popular market as street urchins took advantage of the situation to harass and extort money from some people.

Daily Trust correspond­ent notified the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Osun State Police Command, SP Folasade Odoro who deployed policemen that arrived to take the lady away. her A father of four has been killed by suspected armed robbers at Zaria Kalakala, Koko-Besse area of Kebbi State.
