Digital Encode appoints new legal adviser

An information security management and compliance advisory company, Digital Encode, has appointed Olaniwun Ajayi as its legal adviser.

Also, as part of global reach, the company has expanded its business operations to the United States of America, a statement from the firm stated.

Unveiling the office in New York, the Chief Technical Officer of the company, Oluseyi Akindeinde, said the expansion would give the company the much needed presence in the global market place as well as access to foreign capital and also afford it proximity to its international partners.

Akindeinde added that the expansion was the first outside of Africa and would position the company as a global company.

“We can now take on projects that hitherto we would not have been able to.

“Technology Partners are more willing to deal with a company with global reach. We are also closer to the technology research and development hub. It definitely benefits the company in the long term,” he also said.
