CCSNL rebrands to Outcess
After 12 years of commencing operation as Customer Contact Solutions Nigeria Limited (CCSNL) the brand commences a new corporate life as OUTCESS. The new name and corporate identity commemorates the 12th year of the company’s existence.
The Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of OUTCESS, Mr. Ikenna Odike, announced this corporate personality evolution in a launch event the company held last week in Lagos.
OUTCESS continues in the market of integrated customer engagement and business process management (outsourcing).
According to the managing director, the decision to rebrand the old corporate person, CCSNL, was based on the need to refresh the brand and reposition it for greater efficiency and effective service delivery for reinvigorated total consumer satisfaction-driven service delivery to its numerous clients in and outside Nigeria.
The new brand promises its clientele a guarantee of innovation, fresh thinking, better solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Hayat Kimya, maker of the popular Molfix diapers, has launched two new Tissue brands into the Nigerian market - Familia and Papia in an event, which was attended by dignitaries from Turkey and Nigeria.
