Power Oil health team visits NYSC in Rivers
In an attempt to make the society where it does business a better place, Power Oil, last week, stormed the Port Harcourt NYSC Orientation Camp of Rivers State to welcome the new batch of corps members hence sensitising them, alongside the members of staff, on the significance of leading a healthy conscious lifestyle during the ongoing three-week orientation exercise.
Power Oil’s health team was present along with its medical professionals one of whom took the entire staff and the 2017 Batch B Corp members on a health talk centred on significant factors contributing to leading a sound and healthy life in relation to the heart.
Speaking during the exercise, Ms. Omotayo Azeez, Public Relations Manager, Power Oil, said: “As the need to further reach out to more Nigerians becomes more imperative, we are more than delighted to also partner with the Rivers State National Youth Service Corp by extending our reach to cover more youths, considering the alarming rate of heart health complications which we believe sometimes could be avoidable through proper enlightenment and regular checkups, and that is what we are trying to achieve.”
The Rivers State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corp, Mr. Omotayo Adewoye, expressed profound appreciation to Raffles Oil, makers of Power Oil, on the partnership exercise, stressing the significant benefits of leading a healthy life.
