Ha­jiya Bishiriyya Sa­gir Garba is the CEO of Party Things World business ven­tures; a mother, grad­u­ate of Com­puter Sci­ence and also holder of a master’s de­gree in Com­puter Net­work­ing. She is the ini­tia­tor and op­er­a­tor of the new business ven­ture that deals in all things re­lated to kid­dies wares - toys, school items to or­ga­niz­ing kid’s events- phys­i­cally and on­line.

Bishiriyya said she ven­tured into the kid­dies wares business af­ter care­ful fea­si­bil­ity stud­ies and mar­ket sur­vey of what peo­ple needed and how they needed them. “Af­ter my grad­u­a­tion as a com­puter sci­en­tist, I pro­ceeded to get my master’s de­gree from Bayero Univer­sity Kano.

I am lucky to have re­alised early that the issue of not be­ing en­gaged in white col­lar job shouldn’t be a de­ter­rent to me in be­ing pro­duc­tive eco­nom­i­cally. That was how I spent a lot of time study­ing the business trend that gave birth to Party Things World business ven­ture.

Peo­ple thought, be­ing a com­puter sci­en­tist, I won’t be able to make it in the business sec­tor. How­ever, I have crossed those hud­dles and I am proud to­day to say
