Voyage school improves pottery making
Voyage International School, Abuja, has concluded plans to commission a pottery centre in a bid to encourage students to understand pottery making and boost creativity.
Head of Counselling and Innovation in the school, Mr. Ituen Alfred, made the announcement at the school’s Prize Giving Day, which was jointly celebrated with the Arabic/Arts and Cultural Day, in Abuja.
Alfred, who spoke on behalf of the vice principal of the school, Mrs. Binta Ogohi Aliyu, said the school would be the first to open the centre in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
“We are coming up with a pottery centre and we will be the first school to have this centre in Abuja,” he said.
