Agitators of Nigeria’s division will not succeed – Sheik Dahiru Bauchi

Renowned Islamic Scholar Sheik Dahiru Usman Bauchi has declared that agitators for the separation of Nigeria will not succeed.

Speaking to journalists at the Supreme Council of Tijjaniyya Clerics meeting held at Command Guest House Bauchi at the weekend, the cleric said, “We are not in support of those individuals and groups bent on destabilizing our country, either agitators of Biafra or those from the North giving deadline for Igbo’s exit.”

He commended the Federal Government for providing security in the North East and the rest of the country, but advised the government to improve the economy.

Sheik Dahiru Bauchi prayed for improved health for President Muhammadu Buhari and for peaceful coexistence of all the citizens.
