Justice Kafarati to be sworn in as new CJ Federal High Court

The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen will swear in the new Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Abdul Kafarati.

According to a statement by the Director of Information in the Supreme Court, Festus Akande, the swearing in will take place this Saturday at the apex court premises in Abuja.

Justice Karati succeeds Justice Ibrahim Auta who retires as Chief Judge of the Federal High Court on Saturday after attaining the mandatory retirement age of 65 years.
