-

Nigeria took to the gym yesterday morning in Wroclaw, preparatory to Friday’s World Cup tune-up game against Poland at Municipal Stadium, Wroclaw.

Fitness coach Jean Luc-Royer worked out with Lokomotic Plovdiv defender Stephen Eze, who is expected to play his first game with the main team after excelling with Team B at 2018 African Nations Championship in Morocco.

The Super Eagles will take on Serbia at The Hive Stadium, London four days later, as part of a series of games lined up by Nigeria Football Federation to prepare the team for Russia 2018 World Cup finals in June. @jide_olusola The Super Eagles jersey designed by Nike has been rated as the best jersey out of all the nations participating at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

According to www.mirror.co.uk who sampled all the jerseys for the Mundial, the Nigerian jersey was adjudged as the best.

The Super Eagles jersey designed by Matthew Wolff, a graphics designer with the kits giants, last used a Nike designed jersey during the 2002 World Cup co-hosted by South Korea and Japan where the first kit was an all lightgreen collared shirt with a strip of white on the side and the second kit was all white with a strip of green on the side.

But ahead of this year’s FIFA World Cup, the Amaju Pinnick led Nigeria Football Federation returned to Nike as its kit makers.

For the home kit, the white jersey has a bright green-andwhite zig-zag design which spreads across the torso. The sleeves have a zig-zag black design. The away kit is a variation of Nigeria’s full-green strip.

According to Nike, the inspiration for the Super Eagles jersey was drawn from the 1995 King Fahd Cup, now known as FIFA Confederations Cup, describing the jersey as audacious, fast, fun, stylish.
