2019: Innoson donates vehicles for Buhari campaign
IVM Innoson Group of Companies Limited yesterday donated two vehicles - SUV IVM G5 and Innoson bus IVM 5000A to Muhammadu Buhari/ Osinbajo (MBO) Dynamic Support Group ahead of 2019 elections.
The Chairman of the The Federal Government will require N100 billion to complete the EastWest road projects, which has been under construction for about 12 years.
The Minister Transportation, of Mr company, Chief Innocent Chukwuma, in a speech, said the donation was his contribution to ensuring that President Muhammadu Buhari returned to office in 2019.
“The drive will help in making sure that President Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo complete their second term in office Rotimi Amaechi disclosed this yesterday, when he inspected the stretch of the road from Warri to Port Harcourt.
Amaechi was accompanied during the inspection by the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Mr Usani Uguru Usani, under whose so as to complete the laudable projects that they have initiated,” he said.
The group’s National Coordinator, Usman Ibrahim said the donation was a demonstration of Chief Chukwuma’s “commitment to Muhammadu Buhari/ Osinbajo second term bid.” ministry the dualisation of the road is being executed. The road is being handled by two contractors, Setraco and RCC. Setraco is handling from Warri to Port Harcourt (101.5km) while RCC is handling from Port Harcourt to Oron which is 99km.
