Professionals to focus on energy efficiency in buildings
Professionals in the building industry have resolved to work for the prioritizing of energy efficiency in modern buildings.
They expressed this in a communique issued after a training organized by the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) as part of the Appropriate Technology Enabled Development (ATED) The Omu-Aran community in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara has called for adequate recognition for the late Retired Brig.Gen. David Bamigboye.

The training drew participants from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, University of Benin, Abia State University and the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
According to him, the people of Omu-Aran believe that Bamigboye did his best with the resources available to lay a solid foundation for the state as the first governor.
Bamigboye died in the early hours of Friday at his residence in Lagos after a brief illness at the age of 78. (NAN)
