Niger gov expresses shock

Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani-Bello yesterday expressed shock over the demise of Kutigi

Bello described the demise of the legal luminary as a great loss to the country in general, the state in particular as well as the legal profession.

He said the contributions of the late Justice to the development of the justice system in the country were immeasurable.
