Kudos to Governor Kashim Shettima

-

Allow me a space to say a word or two on the wonderful performance of Governor Kashim Shetima of Borno state despite the serious security challenges facing the state in the recent time.

Throughout the eight years of his administration almost, the state under his dynamic and able leadership has been on the breaking news almost on daily basis on both local, national and even international medium on blind and inhuman attacks on lives and properties of innocent citizens by the insurgents, but that never posed a threat for a second to his zeal of providing concrete developmental projects that have direct bearing to the good people of Borno State.

His consistency and always being there is a testimony of his untiring commitment in providing the basic social needs and adequate security to his teaming population. Governor Shetima has really done a lot to the good people of his constituency. Therefore, is leaving a legacy to his people.

The recent purchased of Twelve (12) Dialysis Machines for the state is commendable effort which hinted that the physical developmental projects so far executed by governor Kashim Shetima’s administration in Borno state despite challenges is remarkable.

While divulging that what remained very astonishing is the fact that the Dialysis Machines mounted in hospitals across the state has the mandate of offering free services to the people of the state. This is a gesture that will continue to be cherished by the good people of the state in particular, neighboring states, Nigerians and countries that borders the state.

Lastly, I called on other governors to emulate Kashim Shetima in the provision of facilities that would have direct effect in the lives of the governed. I therefore admonished the people of the state not to take the gesture for granted, saying very few health institutions across the federation has such facility. Kudos to governor Kashim Shetima of Borno State
