‘Munir deserves to be member representing Jos N/North’

A PDP chieftain in Plateau State, Alhaji Naziru Isa Nasaleh, has said that Barr. Munir Barau Abdullahi deserves to be the member representing Jos North North constituency in the State House of Assembly due to his high level of education, service to humanity and love for peace.

Barr. Munir is contesting to be a member representing Jos North North constituency at the Plateau assembly on the PDP platform.

Alhaji Nasaleh, who spoke to Daily Trust in Jos, yesterday, said Barr Munir’s antecedents and pedigree made him a qualified personality to be at the Plateau House of Assembly.

He said, “Barr Munir is well learned, he had a Diploma in Accountancy, Degree and master’s in business studies. He also has a degree and a master’s in law. Currently, he is doing his PhD in Law at University of Jos. So, his level of education would make him to serve well as a lawmaker.”

Alhaji Nasaleh added that Munir, who is an ambassador of peace, has the interest of the masses at his heart.

“Munir has nursery and primary schools where about 80 pupils are studying free of charge. He treats people equally. Also, he has paid for about 500 pregnant women to undergo antenatal,” he said.

He said if Munir is elected as lawmaker, he would sponsor bills on health care delivery, education and social investment programmes for the betterment of people of his constituency.
